1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FluenQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including talent, brands, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using FluenQ, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without prior approval.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on FluenQ (photos, videos, text, portfolio items). By posting content, you grant FluenQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. Talent & Brand Interactions

FluenQ facilitates connections between creative professionals and brands. We are not a party to any agreements, contracts, or arrangements made between users. Users are solely responsible for:

• Negotiating terms, scope, and compensation for work
• Fulfilling commitments and delivering agreed-upon services
• Resolving disputes directly with the other party

6. Bookings & Payments

• Booking terms (pricing, cancellation, refunds) are set by individual talent or venue owners.
• FluenQ may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for payment disputes between users.
• Subscription fees for premium plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Platform to distribute unsolicited communications (spam)

8. Verification & Badges

Verification badges indicate that FluenQ has confirmed certain aspects of a user's identity or credentials. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of quality, reliability, or safety.

9. Intellectual Property

The FluenQ name, logo, design, and all platform features are owned by FluenQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimers

FluenQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or specific results from using the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluenQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
